Dnes, v\u00a0dob\u011b internetu nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m naj\u00edt zdrav\u00e9, chutn\u00e9 a p\u0159itom levn\u00e9 a jednoduch\u00e9 recepty.\u00a0\u00a0D\u00e1le je to tak\u00e9 sedav\u00fd zp\u016fsob \u017eivota. Navykli jsme si pracovat sp\u00ed\u0161e mozkem ne\u017e t\u011blem, a to se n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee velmi snadno vymst\u00edt. P\u016fvodem jsme lovci zv\u011b\u0159e \u0161tvan\u00edm. Dok\u00e1zali jsme p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat velk\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti pom\u011brn\u011b rychle, a to i v\u00a0tepl\u00e9m podneb\u00ed \u2013 a to i v \u201emodern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed\u201c dob\u011b. Sta\u010d\u00ed se jen pod\u00edvat na v\u00fdkony star\u00fdch \u0158ek\u016f. Rozhodn\u011b je tedy na m\u00edst\u011b za\u0159adit do sv\u00e9ho dne v\u00edce pohybu. Jist\u011b, v\u00a0zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed to obvykle moc nejde, av\u0161ak rozhodn\u011b se vyplat\u00ed naj\u00edt si ka\u017ed\u00fd den alespo\u0148 chv\u00edli, kterou takto str\u00e1v\u00edme.\u00a0V\u00a0neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b jsou to zlozvyky jako kou\u0159en\u00ed \u010di nadm\u011brn\u00e9 pit\u00ed alkoholu. O tom, jak\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky mohou m\u00edt, bylo ji\u017e seps\u00e1no dost \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f a studi\u00ed.\u00a0Pokud tedy chceme \u017e\u00edt dlouh\u00fd, zdrav\u00fd \u017eivot, je dobr\u00e9 o sebe pe\u010dovat.
